Consulting to identify needs and preferred qualifications
Interviewing applicants about their experience, education and skills
Contacting references and performing background checks
Informing applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
Hiring or referring qualified candidates
Processing paperwork
Planning and coordinating the workforce for the best use of employee’s talents
Resolving issues between management and employees
Coordinating and supervising the work of specialists and staff
Overseeing recruitment and hiring process
Directing disciplinary procedures
Preparing and yearly update of the descriptions & required skills and putting advertisements job (finish to the end of first quarter)
Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
Create and coordinate employee retention measures
Two times per year is organized an employee assessment
Reviewing and filing payroll documents
Coordinating Social Networks for Recruiting (Facebook, Youtube, Homepage, …)
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Conception, coordination and realization in a team with the IT, an employee test and submission system based on AI
Job skills and Requirements:
2+ year work experience in HR
English language skills (Min. B1 level!!!)
knowledge of Microsoft Office 2019
Good communication skills
Knowledge of HR systems
Decision-making skills
Negotiation skills
Presentation skills
